How long does the transfer take?

Most standard cPanel-to-cPanel migrations are completed within 24 hours. Massive eCommerce clusters or manual transfers may take up to 48 hours to properly audit and sync.

Will I lose any emails?

No. We sync your entire IMAP history and mail directories to the new server before we ever update your DNS, ensuring zero lost communications.

My old host does not use cPanel. Can you still migrate it?

Yes. Our engineers are experts in manual FTP/DB transfers from proprietary panels (like HostGator, GoDaddy, or Plesk). We will manually rebuild the infrastructure on our end.

When should I cancel my old host?

We strongly advise keeping your legacy host active for at least 7 days post-migration to ensure full global DNS propagation before you let them delete your data.
